Ingredients
- Eggs free from cages (2)
- One sliced brioche bun or artisan bread
- Two strips of bacon or turkey bacon
- A slice of white cheddar or Gruyère cheese
- Half a cup of fresh arugula or baby greens
- Two slices of tomato
- 1 tablespoon of garlic aioli or mayonnaise
- 1 tsp of butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Making Procedure
- In a pan, cook the bacon until it is crispy. Put it on paper towels to cool.
