Preparation Procedure
- Cook quinoa until it is fluffy, then set it aside.
- Roast sweet potatoes until they are soft and a little bit golden.
- Quickly sauté the spinach until it wilts.
- You can poach or scramble the eggs to your liking.
- Put quinoa in a bowl to start.
- Include spinach, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, and avocado.
- Put the eggs on top and sprinkle the feta cheese on top.
- Pour olive oil and lemon juice over the top. Add spices and serve hot.
